· With a PayPal account, you can register :

· A credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)

· A bank chequing account.

FOR ONLINE PAYMENT—USING PAYPAL

1. Click on the “CLICK HERE TO REGISTER” link below

2. Enter all your registration information and selections

3. Click the Complete Registration button below

4. Your registration will be completed 

5. You will be taken to the PayPal website for  payment.

      A. The First selection will allow you to use or create a PayPal account
      B. The Second option will allow you to charge your credit card directly

FOR PAYMENT USING THE CREDIT CARD FAX FORM— USING A CREDIT CARD AND A FAX MACHINE

1. Click on the “CLICK HERE TO REGISTER” link below

2. Enter all your registration information and selections

3. Click the Complete Registration button below

4. Your registration will be completed

5. Close the PayPal window after it opens

6. Download the CreditCardFaxForm by Clicking here

7. Fill out the CreditCardFaxForm and fax it to 204-254-1278 along with a copy of your Electronic Registration Confirmation Email

Honoured Lady and MSA Representative instructions

1. Click on the Complete Registration button.

2. If your Total is $0.00, Close the PayPal Window as there is no payment.

3. If your Total is NOT $0.00, please pay using either the online payment or the credit card fax form.
