Registration for MSA2011 will be done electronically.

There are 3 payment options.

You will need to decide before you fill out the electronic registration.

1. CHEQUE

· Make the cheque out to “ MSA 2011”

· Mail the cheque to:

· Khartum Shriner MSA 2011

· 1155 Wilkes Ave

· Winnipeg, MB    R3P 1B9

· NOTE:  Post dated cheques are not allowed

2. CREDIT CARD

A. Credit Card Fax Form

· The credit card fax form will keep costs down

· Click here to download the Credit Card Fax Form

· Fill in the form

· Fax the form to 204-123-4567

· Note: A fax line is a secure line

· When filling out the electronic registration:

· Select the CHEQUE option on the payment page

· Then select the Continue button

B. Credit Card Online Payment

· This option is also available where you pay with your credit card online

· Using this option CHARGES an additional 5% to the MSA

· As we have tried to keep the registration fees as low as possible, we ask you to help us by NOT using the Credit Card Online Payment option
